"Edgar is an excellent designer because he naturally designs with the user in mind, incorporating what he knows about human-centered design and other best practices. At the same time, he draws on his extensive experiences as an educator to approach design with a deep level of empathy and understanding. Edgar is also extremely collaborative; as a developer, I thought he struck the right balance of being open to my technical feedback while staying true to his design principles."
